Refund & Replacement Policies

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@lumynest.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note: Lumy Nest does not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been received. We can only offer replacements if:

The item is faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

The parcel is lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customers change their mind after receiving the order. Lumy Nest is not liable for lost or misrouted parcels—please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are subject to partial refunds, as shipping and processing may have already started.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us at support@lumynest.com.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

United States: 7–16 business days

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–16 business days

Europe & UK: 15–25 business days

Rest of the world: 30+ business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and international logistics.
