When you browse lumynest.com, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products and services. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and application, on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data, encrypted through PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Once the transaction is complete, your purchase data is deleted.
All payment gateways follow PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
All orders are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Section 5 – Third-Party Services
Third-party providers will collect, use, and disclose your information only as needed to perform their services.
Some providers, such as payment gateways, may be located in a different jurisdiction than you or us. If your transaction is processed in another country, your information may become subject to its laws.
Once you leave Lumy Nest’s website or are redirected to a third-party site/app, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
