REFOUND POLICY

At Lumy Nest, we want you to feel fully confident shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@lumynest.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Replacements are only available under the following circumstances:

Item arrives damaged, broken, or soiled
Parcel is lost in transit

To help us assist you quickly, please double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming your purchase.

Return to Sender Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can repack, relabel, and reship your package. Please note that additional processing and shipping fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@lumynest.com.
Cancellations after 24 hours or due to standard shipping times cannot be accepted.
Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Refund Process

Please email us with a description of the issue and attach photos of the product and original packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility before issuing a replacement or refund.
Lumy Nest reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the criteria above.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, please first check with your bank or card provider. If it’s still not resolved, contact us at support@lumynest.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or replaced. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
